Ismeet Kohli Shares Matching First With 'AIB's, Tanmay Bhatt Before Swiping On Husband, Gursimran

Actress, Ismeet Kohli is happily married to comedian, Gursimran Khamba. Both of them have started a podcast called, That's Just How We Talk. They have been discussing a range of topics, starting with Ram Gopal Varma's obsession with nepotism in the movie industry. However, Khamba recently shared of meeting his now wife, Ismeet on dating app, Hinge but she had something interesting to spill. Ismeet shared that before meeting Gursimran, she matched with comedian, Tanmay Bhatt on the app.

Ismeet and Gursimran shared an interesting segment from their podcast, revealing how they met on the dating app, Hinge. Ismeet shared that the only reason she wanted to meet Gursimran was to make her ex feel jealous and told her now husband that she had first matched with Tanmay. Ismeet shared:

 "I met Gursimran because my ex was a big fan. I just wanted one picture with Gursimran for my social media to make him jealous. That's it. And it's so funny I matched with Tanmay also before I matched with you."

Tanmay has been an ace comedian and podcaster, collaborating and partnering with Gursimran on All India Bakchod (AIB) for years. Gursimran asked his wife about the conversation she had with Tanmay on the dating app, to which she confessed to not talking to him, as she did not know what to say. Ismeet laughed and could not stop looking at the camera, to which Gurmeet shared that he felt like 'leftovers'. Gursimran captioned the video as:

"Dating apps aren’t used to find true love anymore!"

Netizens feel that Ismeet Kohli has been real in confessing to matching with Tanmay Bhatt

A user, after seeing the video, commented, "Ismeet is keeping it really real. This looks really fun." Another user commented, "Petition to bring back the OG AIB cast on the podcast." There were a few netizens who were upset that Tanmay and Gursimran did not work together anymore. A user wrote, "Why is Gursimran no longer working with Tanmay?" A user talking on the fallout of the comedians shared, "Khamba and Tanmay's breakup fallout is the worst thing to happen out of the AIB implosion. It would make millions happy if the universe made them patch up and let us see them together."

When Tanmay Bhatt apologised to Gursimran Khamba

Tanmay, who was the CEO of AIB, had to step down and apologised as he could not live up to the ideals that he had propagated of being a good leader. Tanmay got attacked for his inaction, while Gursimran was accused of inappropriate behaviour. He had left the company then to start his own venture. Tanmay in his long Instagram statement, shared that he caused distress to his friends and wrote:

"The hardest part about everything that has happened in the last eight months is to come to terms with my own failings as a leader and as an individual. I am deeply sorry to my colleagues who’ve had to go through immense stress that I feel responsible for. I realise that in the past, I’ve failed to live up to ideals that I've propagated myself, and my resolve is to ensure that this never happens again."
