Ever since Isha Ambani became a mother, her life has been revolving around her kids, Aadiyashakti and Krishna. However, Isha has inspired many by not taking any breaks even after delivering her kids and getting back to work. Well, she is acing both the roles of an entrepreneur and a mother.
In a recent interview with Vogue India, Isha spoke about hiring more women in the workplace. She also revealed that the NMACC, a cultural centre founded by her mother, Nita Ambani, has mostly women working in it. Recalling the same, she stated:
“The NMACC team are mostly women. I had just given birth around the launch, and when I had to pump, no one batted an eyelid.”

In the same interaction, Isha Ambani also talked about her motherhood journey and thanked her support systems for helping her transition into a working mother. Revealing how her husband, Anand Piramal helps her with parenting, Isha said:
“A mother has to take on a disproportionate amount of labour because there are a few things, like breastfeeding, that only she can do. But there’s a bunch of other stuff that both husband and wife can and must do when it comes to parenting. I’m grateful to him, yes. He does the diaper changes and feeding. On the nights I have to stay up late or be away working, he makes sure he’s around so I don’t feel as bad.”
Isha Ambani is a hands-on mother who never misses an opportunity to comply with her mommy duties. When Isha’s twins, Krishna and Aadiya, began preschool in March 2024, she and her husband, Anand Piramal, accompanied them. In the pictures shared on social media, Isha, like a doting mommy, was seen carrying Aadiya in her arms, holding the little one’s cute bag.

She also took a dig at her juggling between personal and professional fronts. A photo shared by Isha was reshared by Shloka Mehta's sister, Diya Mehta Jatia, wherein the former had written a cutesy oneliner about motherhood, which could be read as:
"From diapers to red carpets. My bestest."
