On March 16, 2026, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda shared some unseen snaps from their haldi ceremony. While every picture sparked the inner feeling of the couple, it was their beautiful outfits that stood out. For their haldi ceremony, the couple chose celebrity designer, Anamika Khanna’s ensemble. In the pictures, Rashmika looked stunning in a one-sided off-shoulder pista-hued dress, while Vijay looked handsome in a regal floral light pink kurta paired with white pants. Vijay, in his post, mentioned that he loved the kurta made by Anamika Khanna. While Rashmika thanked the celebrity designer for making their vision a reality. She wrote:

Rashmika Mandanna wore temple jewellery for both the haldi and the wedding ceremony. From wedding venue decor, to wedding outfits and jewellery, everything sparked Indian heritage. For the haldi ceremony, Rashmika worn gold maang tikka, heavily stacked bangles, and dangling earrings studded with precious jewels, rubies and emeralds.

Reportedly, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda first crossed paths on the sets of the film, Geetha Govindam. While the film became a superhit, Rashmika and Vijay’s on-screen chemistry won the hearts of many. Eventually, their on-screen romance turned into a serious relationship in real life. Over the years, the duo kept their relationship away from the limelight, seemingly to protect their pure connection from nazar.

However, after they tied the knot on February 26, 2026, the couple made their relationship official by sharing the dreamy wedding pictures. The pictures of Rashmika and Vijay’s wedding were all things adorable. But it was the love-filled notes that Rashmika and Vijay wrote for each other that grabbed special attention. In her note, Rashmika proudly introduced Vijay as her husband. She also confessed her deep feelings for her husband. An excerpt from her note can be read as:

Vijay, in his note, called Rashmika his best friend. Vijay mentioned that from workouts to having meals, Rashmika’s presence next to him added meaning to every activity. He added that he needs Rashmika to feel calm and composed. Earlier, in 2025, during the success party of the film, The Girlfriend, Vijay stated that while he was aggressive, Rashmika chose kindness. Vijay’s note can be read as:

"One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around. Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me. Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me. Like I needed her - just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was. So, I made my best friend… my wife 26.02.2026."
