McDonald's 'KPop Demon Hunters' Meal Is Here! Inside The Special Sauces, Trade Cards And Sweet Treat

McDonald's is one of the biggest American multinational chains. The franchises' fries have been an all-time favourite for the fans. However, recently, it has been their collaborations that have won over the consumers. From the Grinch meal to the Harry Potter collaboration, McDonald's has given us a joy ride, and now the store is back with another Mc-loving collaboration featuring K-pop Demon Hunters. So, as the musical's fans run to their nearest McDonald's to grab their meal, here's what they'll get inside it. 

McDonald's collaborates with K-Pop Demon Hunters for a new meal 

An epic K-Pop battle has begun, and it already featured 'Huntr/X' and the 'Saja Boys'. Beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (ET), the fast-food giant will offer a pair of meals inspired by the award-winning action musical saga, K-Pop Demon Hunters. Each meal comes with a collectable set of photocards featuring 'Huntr/X' or the 'Saja Boys', as well as a 'Derpy the Tiger' access card with a QR code that unlocks exclusive content on the McDonald's app.

According to McDonald's, the special reveal is the identity of the group that is crowned victor of the Battle for the Fans. A K-Pop superstar trio, 'Huntr/X' who moonlight as "badass demon hunters," have no choice but to battle the 'Saja Boys', an irresistible rival boy band of demons in disguise, in order to keep humanity safe from supernatural threats, for good. For the unversed, K-Pop Demon Hunters rose to fame for its impeccable story, and with two Oscars and a hit soundtrack, the film quickly earned worldwide acclaim in the months following its release.  

However, there is more good news for the fans. Yes! A sequel for K-Pop Demon Hunters is in the works. Speaking about the collaboration with the American food franchise McDonald's, the Chief Marketing Officer for Netflix, Marian Lee, said in a March 26, 2026 (ET) release that McDonald's was able to turn their rivalry into something fans could actually experience. The statement could be read as:

"With McDonald's, we were able to turn the rivalry between The Saja Boys and Huntr/X into something fans can actually experience, drawing inspiration from Korean culture and food traditions that sit at the heart of the film."

What's in the K-Pop Demon Hunters x McDonald's meal?

So, as the K-Pop Demon Hunters make their debut in the McDonald's meal 'Huntr/X' and 'Saja Boys' are here to win over the fans. As the much-awaited meal sells out at McDonald's outlets across the world, let's see what the meal has to offer. From the 'Huntr/X' Meal, featuring McNuggets, and the 'Saja Boys' breakfast meal, McDonald's has a meal suitable for any fan at just about any time of day. Speaking about what's in the collaboration with the American food franchise McDonald's, the Chief Marketing Officer for Netflix, Marian Lee, said in a March 26, 2026 (ET) release shared:

"From Ramyeon McShaker Fries to Demon sauces paired with Soda Pop, every detail was designed to feel like it could have come straight out of a scene in the movie."

What's in the 'Huntr/X' Meal?

K-Pop Demon Hunters Meal at McDonald's comes in two variants. The first one, 'Huntr/X' Meal includes a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, complete with a medium drink, Ramyeon McShaker Fries, Demon Sauce and Hunter Sauce. Seasoned with a blend of soy, garlic, sesame, and spices, 'Rumi', 'Mira', and 'Zoey's' go-to noodle snack has inspired the Ramyeon McShaker Fries. The purple meal has won over fans ever since it became available at outlets. According to McDonald's, the 'Huntr/X' Meal comes with Hunter Sauce, "a sweet chilli sauce mixing notes of chilli, garlic and pepper with just enough heat", and Demon Sauce, "a bold mustard sauce with heat and tang, made purple, just like demon patterns."

What is in the 'Saja Boys' Breakfast Meal?

On the other hand, the 'Saja Boys' Breakfast Meals feature a Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal. Both meals offer variety, giving fans the option to grab what they'd like throughout the day. The breakfast sandwich comes topped with a peppery Spicy Saja Sauce. Hashbrowns and a small soft drink are included in the meal. 

A sweet treat inspired by 'Derpy the Tiger' with McDonald's much-loved McFlurry

However, that is not it. McDonald's has also offered a sweet treat to round out the meals. Inspired by K-Pop Demon Hunsters' 'Derpy the Tiger', McDonald's has brought an icy-berry-filled delight. The clumsy yet lovable feline serves as the inspiration for McDonald's Derpy McFlurry, which blends creamy vanilla soft serve with berry-flavoured popping pearls in a wild berry sauce. The Derpy McFlurry, as well as McDonald's other K-Pop Demon Hunters offerings, are now available for purchase at participating restaurants nationwide. The meal also features a special exclusive photo card, which fans can trade to complete their set.
