Before entering the glitz and glamour world, Dharmendra tied the knot with Prakash Kaur in 1954. He was just 19 when he married Prakash. It was an arranged marriage. The couple welcomed four children, two sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and two daughters, Vijayta and Ajeeta Deol. While Sunny and Bobby followed their dad’s footsteps and stepped into the acting world, Vijayta and Ajeeta preferred their mom’s choice and stayed away from the limelight.

Bobby Deol made his Bollywood debut with the film, Dharam Veer as a child artist. He found renewed success with the MX Player hit series, Aashram. Ajeeta Deol tied the knot with dentist, Dr. Kiran Chaudhri. She lives in the USA with her husband and two daughters, Nikita and Priyanka. Nikita followed her father’s footsteps and became a dentist. As per the Indian Forums report, Ajeeta has practised as a psychologist, teacher, academician, and dentist.

Dharmendra first met Hema Malini on the sets of Tum Haseen Main Jawan in 1970. Soon, they became friends, and in no time, the duo was head over heels in love. The couple then decided to marry. However, Dharmendra was married and already had a large family to take care of. So he converted to Islam and married Hema Malini in 1979. The couple had a nikah ceremony in 1979, followed by an Iyengar wedding ceremony in 1980. The duo welcomed two daughters, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
