Hina Khan is one of the most popular TV actresses in the Hindi TV industry. Coming to her personal life, Hina is married to Rocky Jaiswal. For the unversed, Hina tied the knot with Rocky on June 4, 2025. However, in 2024, Hina’s world went upside down as she was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. In a recent episode, Hina recalled the tough time and shared how actress, Rubina Dilaik supported her.

In a recent episode, Hina recalled how TV actress, Rubina supported her when she came to know about her cancer diagnosis. She used to write handwritten letters to her. Hina shared that Rubina has many qualities and was the only person from the Indian TV industry to make such efforts. In her words:

"Rubina has many qualities. She is the only one from the Indian television industry who used to send me handwritten letters instead of text messages when she found out about my cancer diagnosis. The only one who took this kind of effort."

Hina Khan’s cancer diagnosis

In June 2024, Hina revealed that she had been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. Since then, she has undergone surgery, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. Hina never shied away and remained vocal about her journey. She not only faced physical battle but also emotional and mental challenges, and offered hope, strength, and encouragement to countless cancer fighters across the country.

Coming to her personal front, Hina married her longtime boyfriend, Rocky Jaiswal. It was Rocky who proposed to Hina on national television, when she was part of Bigg Boss 11. The duo fell in love on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where Rocky was the supervising producer of the show. The show was Hina’s debut TV serial.
