'Flying Beast' Gaurav Taneja's Wife, Ritu LEAVES Social Media Despite Earning Well: 'Jhootha World'

Famous YouTuber, Gaurav Taneja, a.k.a Flying Beast, remains in the headlines for one reason or another. Last year, murmurs of his relationship with Ritu Rathee hitting a rough patch were all over the news. At that time, Ritu took to her social media and lashed out at the trollers for passing mean remarks about her husband, Gaurav. Now, after almost a year, Gaurav revealed that his wife, Ritu had quit social media, despite earning quite well from the brands. 

Ritu Rathee left her social media handle despite earning huge as influencer

While Gaurav Taneja is a known YouTuber, his wife, Ritu Rathee, tried her best to establish herself as an influencer apart from being a pilot. But Ritu left social media a year ago after stepping into spirituality. In the latest vlog, Gaurav asked Ritu why she left social media. To this, the YouTuber's wife stated that she finds the world of influencers fake and full of lies. Ritu added that a person's life is not incomplete without social media. She said:

"It’s one thing that you’re earning a living on social media, but if you look closely, your life won’t be incomplete without it. I don’t miss it at all."

Ritu Rathee revealed that for her, influencing was just a hobby

Ritu Rathee had 1.5 million followers on her Instagram handle when she left. When Gaurav questioned her if she didn't worry about losing money. She denied this and stated that it wasn't a career for her; it was just a hobby, and she would often do shoots and brand posts just for fun. She said:

"It wasn’t a career for me. It was a hobby. Yes, at times I would do shoots and brand posts, but for me, that wasn’t the priority."

Gaurav further asked Ritu if she would return to social media, she clarified that it is a fake world and she would not like to join it. She stated that she wasn't calling her husband, a liar. She said:

"No, why would I return to such a fake world, filled with lies? I’m not saying that you’re a liar, but all of this just doesn’t interest me anymore."

Ritu Rathee is married to pilot-turned-entrepreneur, Gaurav Taneja. Together, the couple is the parents of two daughters. They also own India's biggest lifestyle and family-content vlogging channel, Flying Beast. While Gaurav is known as India's top YouTuber and content creator, not many know about his wife, Ritu Rathee, apart from the fact that she is a pilot. Ritu comes from a family, where daughters weren't allowed to study, but her parents worked hard and fought with their own family to give her education, and she became a pilot.

Ritu Rathee not only started earning her own money but also became an inspiration for many for the life she led. She never tried bragging about the materialistic things in life but stayed rooted and found peace in God's feet. Ritu is a believer of Radha rani, and works hard to live a life that is devoted to God.
