'Fatal Seduction' Season 3 Ending Explained, Jacob And Nandi Met Again, Kim Dies, S4 Possibilities

The South African hit series, Fatal Seduction, on Netflix, has been grabbing attention for quite some time now. Season 3 of the series was dropped on March 13, 2026, and it consists of a total of 11 episodes. Two deaths took place in season 3, with a lot of twists and turns, leaving people wondering if the series will return with another season.

The series revolves around 'Nandi Mahlati', a university professor who felt neglected in her marriage to 'Leonardo' and ended up on a weekend trip, wherein she fell for someone named 'Jacob'. By season 3, a lot of things happened, including 'Jacob' and 'Nandi's breakup and former's almost happened wedding, until things started to move in a messy direction. So, let's have a look at what happened!

'Nandi' crashed into 'Jacob's pre-wedding party, and the to-be bride 'Kim' was killed

As Season 3 began, 'Nandi', with the help of her therapist. 'Sandra', was trying to move on from 'Jacob'. The process was going great and 'Nandi' was convinced that she was over 'Jacob' until she saw him again, and found out about another woman in his life, 'Kim', with whom her ex was about to marry. 'Nandi' received an invitation and decided to crash the wedding. She did the same, and behaved erratically with 'Kim' at her bachelor party when she told her that she was well aware of the past between 'Nandi' and 'Jacob'. Things turned upside down when 'Jacob' and 'Nandi' met each other; they ended up sleeping together. By then, 'Nandi' got a call from 'Kim' to meet her on the roof, as they were conversing, the latter fell off the terrace and died, turning 'Nandi' the suspect.

'Sandra' and 'Jacob's history and the master plans

While the investigation into 'Kim's murder was ongoing, 'Sandra' and Jacob's therapists' history got revealed. 'Sandra' was actually 'Jacob's former lover. 'Sandra' and her husband, 'Samson Motaung', called him in when he was found in a shelter. They helped him with shelter and training, and he stole their money and ran. He later returned, admitting to having committed the crime. While things were going smoothly, 'Jacob' realised that 'Sandra' had become obsessed with him. However, he didn't end the relationship. When 'Samson' got to know about it, he wanted to kill 'Jacob' but was murdered instead at the hands of 'Sandra'. Well, in the series, it was shown that it was up to the audience to believe that any one of them had pulled the trigger. Well, 'Jacob' ran away and 'Sandra' sought revenge.

Planning that she would send 'Nandi' to 'Jacob's wedding, 'Sandra' joined hands with 'Vuyo' (ex-husband of Nandi). Their plans worked, but in the opposite direction, as 'Kim' died. 'Sandra' sent 'Nandi' and 'Jacob's intimate video to 'Kim'. Initially, 'Sandra' thought that the video would ruin the couple's marriage plans, and she would swoop in to save 'Jacob', winning a place in his life. Now, as 'Kim' died, she thought to save 'Jacob' during the investigation, who, instead, started asking 'Nandi' to run away with him. 'Sandra' was giving 'Nandi' poison, which made her erratic. 'Nandi' actually passed out, and for a certain amount of time, she thought she was the one who killed 'Kim', although she remembered losing her senses. Seeing 'Sandra' at the party, she suspected something was wrong and wanted to reach the truth no matter what.

'Leonardo' was shot, and 'Nandi's final blow was to have 'Jacob' arrested

'Sandra's current beau, 'Leonardo' was suspecting that 'Jacob' was hiding 'Kim's phone, a key aspect in her murder investigation. His suspicion turned out to be real when he reached 'Jacob's home, secretly, and it confirmed his suspicion. During the conforntation a fight emerged and 'Jacob' shot 'Leonardo'. Instead of calling the cops, he took 'Leonardo's phone and texted 'Nandi' pretending to be him, and saying that he was following 'Sandra'. So that the suspicion in 'Leonardo's muder turn to 'Sandra'. who also instigated him to take 'Jacob' down. 'Jacob' placed 'Leonardo's phone in 'Sandra's car, making her a suspect.

However, it was found out that the gun that killed 'Leonardo' belonged to 'Vuyo', which made them realise that 'Jacob' had committed the murder. Meanwhile, 'Sandra' and 'Nandi' had a confrontation, during which the latter realised that the former had recorded her and 'Jacob's intimate clips. 'Nandi' ended up pushing 'Sandra' down the stairs.

With evidence now, 'Nandi' confronted 'Jacob', who wanted to run away from all the problems. Well, he accepted that he pushed 'Kim' during a fight, which was in self-defence, while the same thing happened when he opened fire on 'Leonardo'. 'Nandi' secretly recorded the whole thing, knowing which 'Jacob' threatened her with a knife. 'Nandi's daughter, 'Zinhle' shot 'Jacob', who was later arrested.

Will there be a season 4 of Fatal Seduction?

With 'Jacob' being arrested, and the entire season ending in such a heavy manner, there is still the possibility of it returning with season 4 on Netflix. Fans still don't know what happened to 'Sandra'. Will she end up in jail, or will she try to save 'Jacob' with the hope of getting back with him? A lot is yet to be covered, and thus, the chances of Fatal Seduction returning with another season stay high.
