For lunch and dinner, Dipika likes to keep her diet simple and well-balanced. She eats mixed vegetables, dal without tadka, and homemade curd for a good gut. Instead of eating the usual wheat rotis, she prefers having jawar roti, which keeps the stomach fuller for long hours. Also, instead of stuffing her plate with a lot of items, she believes in portion control. Another important part of her lunch and dinner is seasonal fruit, which helps to give a glow to the skin and helps her stay fit.
