Dinesh Karthik fell in love with India's squash queen Dipika Pallikal, and now they are a happily married couple. Dipika is on cloud nine after the spectacular innings by her husband, Dinesh. And she took to her Instagram to express her feelings. She also posted a picture of him, and captioned it, “Proud wife”.
Sharing pictures with the trophy and with co-cricketers, Dinesh Karthik wrote, “Probably one of the best nights of my life. Nothing comes close to crossing the finish line for your country.” In the post-match presentation ceremony, the 'man of the match', Dinesh Karthik said, "Really happy to come out of this performance. Really happy for the team. We've played really well in this tournament and to not win the final would have been unfortunate. It was not that easy to bat there. The way Musftazur bowled... So I just had to go out there and hit the ball hard." (Also Read: 'Hate Story 4' Fame Actor Karan Wahi Has Broken Up With His Supermodel Girlfriend Jinita Sheth)

He retorted, "I have been practicing keeping a good base and hitting through the line and luckily it came out well.” Dinesh made his debut 14 years ago and is still fighting hard to make his position permanent in the Indian cricket team. Dinesh is happy to grab any opportunity that comes in his way, and reverted, "The Indian team is a tough place to get an opportunity, but once you get it, you have to take it.
