For the unversed, the Chhaava actor and Bharat actress shared a joint post on Instagram, in which they announced the arrival of their baby boy. While the entire industry is celebrating their happiness, a comment by Katrina's ex-boyfriend, Salman Khan grabbed attention. Read on to know if that comment is real or edited.

Salman Khan’s viral comment for Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal

On November 7, 2025, after Katrina and Vicky shared their joint post announcing the arrival of their newborn baby born, a user took to their X (formerly Twitter) handle, to share a screenshot of Salman Khan’s comment on the same post. The comment could be read as, “Ye sab private cheeze internet pe mat daala karo yarr.” Within a few minutes the screenshot went viral and fans wondered if it was true or edited. Well, the reality is that the screenshot is edited. And the Sultan actor has not made any such comment on Katrina and Vicky’s post. 

Salman Khan’s relationship with Katrina Kaif

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were in a relationship during the 2000s. Reportedly, they started seeing each other when Katrina was new to Bollywood. The duo was together for several years before parting ways around 2009-2010. Their romance was much talked about in the media at that time. Despite their breakup, Salman and Katrina share a friendly and respectful bond. The two have done multiple films together and most recently, they were seen in Tiger 3. 

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif announced pregnancy in September 2025

On September 23, 2025, Katrina and Vicky publicly announced their pregnancy with a warm and special Instagram post. The post featured a polaroid of the couple, in which Katrina was holding her baby bump and Vicky was adoring her. They captioned it as, "the best chapter of our lives." Later, in less than two months, on November 7, 2025, the duo shared a post of a teddy on a pram and revealed, "Our bundle of joy has arrived."

For those who don't know, Katrina and Vicky's love story began privately. The two met around 2019 and kept their relationship private for years. Fans also believe that the couple's love story began from Koffee With Karan, where Katrina had revealed that she "might look good with Vicky Kaushal on-screen." In December 2021, the two tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.
