Criminal Justice Season 4 is nearing its final episode, and the audience is on the edge of their seats. The reason? A medicine bottle was found in evidence, which has led to the majority of viewers questioning everything they thought they knew about the case. The seventh episode of the series ended with the revelation of a mysterious bottle, and fans could not shake the feeling that they had been missing something crucial to the case all along.
Well, as we wait for the final episode to release and the culprit to be revealed, let's take a look at what we know so far. Many viewers have deemed that the flash 'Madhav Mishra', essayed by Pankaj Tripathi, was pivotal to the story, as it put several things into perspective, particularly his interaction with 'Anju Nagpal' in the second episode. However, what was so crucial yet subtle that it laid the foundation of the climax we had been waiting for?
Did the second episode of Criminal Justice, where everything seemed so innocent, had a major clue? It is interesting to note that in the episode, 'Anju' serves tea to 'Madhav Mishra' and later takes him to 'Ira's' room with a glass of milk and her medicines. And even before 'Madhav' could have had a chance to talk to 'Ira', 'Anju' hands her the regular milk with her medication. The scene, while it initially appeared absolutely normal, with 'Ira' completely stable, drawing, and answering 'Madhav's' questions, turns into something frantic as soon as the allergic reaction kicks in.
Soon after, 'Ira' starts shaking, scribbling frantically, and then runs to vomit, exactly like the co-lawyer who works under 'Madhav Mishra'. The incident raised a major question: Why did 'Anju' give 'Ira' normal milk, despite knowing she is lactose intolerant and being completely aware that it would make her nauseous during her interaction with Madhav Mishra?
The scene has given rise to several questions, including to whom the medicine bottle belonged. Is 'Anju' the one who is actually ill? Could she intentionally be leaving behind a trail to protect 'Ira' or 'Raj'? Which brings us to another key factor in the series: 'Anju' and 'Ira's' secret. What are the two hiding? Is 'Ira's' art an indicator of what's to come? The drawing of 'Roshni' drenched in red or 'Dadi' with a gag is definitely not some cutesy sketches a child makes for fun.

Once you see the pattern, the medical triggers including 'Ira's' hypoglycemia and her behavioural outbursts, the possibility of 'Ira' hurting 'Roshni' during a sugar crash episode doesn't seem far-fetched. However, why would she do something like that? Was it an accident? Was 'Roshni' trying to help 'Ira' regulate her blood sugar, and it backfired? Maybe the fall happened long before anyone could understand what was going on, or maybe 'Anju' cleaned up behind 'Ira' to protect her.
The finale of Criminal Justice 4 is in the bottle, and what it contains. However, if the dots are connected correctly, with the additional aspects of the case, it could become a layered ending rooted in family dysfunction and protection rather than cold-blooded murder. Or there could be some last-minute twists which we will only know once the episode is aired.
What are your thoughts on Criminal Justice 4? How do you think the season will end? Let us know.
