The entire Tollywood is celebrating the arrival of a little superstar in Varun Tej and his wife, Lavanya Tripathi's life. On September 10, 2025, the couple took to their Instagram handle to share the good news. Within a few minutes the post went viral, and the duo received several wishes and blessings from friends and industry colleagues. Amid that, actor, Chiranjeevi penned a heartfelt message to welcome the little one.

On September 10, 2025, veteran actor and former politician, Chiranjeevi Konidela, took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to welcome Varun and Lavanya’s newborn baby boy. In his heartfelt post, he congratulated the couple for becoming parents and he also wished Nagababu and Padmaja for becoming grandparents. He also wished for good health, blessings and happiness for the baby born. In his words:

"Welcome to the world, little one! A hearty welcome to the newborn baby boy in the Konidela family. Heartfelt congratulations to Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi on becoming proud parents. So happy for Nagababu and Padmaja, who are now promoted to proud grandparents. Wishing the baby boy all the happiness, good health, and blessings in abundance. May your love and blessings always surround our child."

On the same day, in the afternoon, actors, Varun Tej Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi took to their Instagram handle to share a black and white photo, in which they confirmed their newborn baby boy. In the post, Lavanya was warmly holding their son and Varun Tej sweetly hugged his wife from the side. The couple posted the photo with a small yet beautiful caption, which was:

"Our little man. 10.09.2025"

Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi's beautiful love story began on film sets and soon it turned into a bond for lifetime. The duo first met on the sets of their 2017 film, Mister. Even though, their relationship was constantly under media speculation, the couple managed to keep their romance private for years before making it official. 

In June 2023, the duo got engaged in an intimate ceremony and later, on November 1, 2023, they tied the knot in a dreamy wedding in Italy. After getting married, the couple often shared glimpses of their life together on social media. In September 2025, they announced the pregnancy with a beautiful post.
