When Blackpink's Rose Took A Lie Detector Test To Confirm Not Dating Jaden Smith, 'He Is A Friend..'

Blackpink's Rose is known for her dating life and has always been under the radar since the release of her album, Rosie. Fans have been wondering to whom Rose dedicated the "Toxic Till The End" song, as she shared that her album was inspired by real-life experiences. Well, the internet came to know that it reportedly revolved around Rose's mystery man, American actor and rapper, Jaden Smith. However, she had taken a polygraph test to confirm that he was just her friend.

A lot of celebrity names cropped when Rose's song, Toxic Till The End, was released. Jaden did get dragged into the conversation as her album's inspiration was from her real life. Rose once reportedly had taken Vanity Fair's lie detector test and spilled the truth about the term 'toxic ex' in the song, Toxic Till The End. When she was confronted about whether she took Jaden as her inspiration, she put an end to all the rumours and friend-zoned Jaden. Rose had said:

"No, it’s not about Jaden Smith. He’s a good friend though. Hi, Jaden. Miss you a lot.”

When Rosie was asked whether she was in a relationship with Jaden or had dated him in the past, she said no. It was in 2024 when Jaden and Rose's dating rumours surfaced. Jaden and his brother, Willow Smith, had a good bond with the members of Blackpink. They reportedly once had even snaps with the girls at Coachella and even spoke to them on many other occasions. Well, Rosie's romantic involvement with Jaden has been a long story. She never directly admitted to liking Jaden, but fans had already rooted for them.

When Rose never revealed who she dated

Rose was frank enough to admit to being in a lot of toxic relationships. However, the K-pop star never revealed the names or the identities of the men she dated in her life. Rose was once frank enough to reveal the inspiration behind how she created the album Rose, and in a media statement, remembered her ex. Rose's statement read:

"I would actually look at it and be like, ‘Oh my god, this was when I was going through the worst time of my life.’ I would be like, ‘I remember that tour, I had the biggest fight…you know…with the ex. I look so good considering how heartbroken I was.’”

Well, the dating rumours between Rose and Jaden reportedly swirled when Jaden and the Apt singer were seen together on more than one occasion. Both of them were photographed together with the Blackpink members back at the 2023 Coachella. Rose was also linked with actor, Kang Dong Won, Evan Mock, Bruno Mars, Paul Klein, and Jason Choi, to name a few. Rose was always a self-know relationship-er who was always very serious about the idea of dating. She shared that she never wanted to give credit to the person, but shared that her relationships were based musically, as she wanted to get it out of her chest. Well, interestingly, in the K-pop industry, dating is reportedly not seen as a nice culture.
