'Bigg Boss 19' First Nomination, Gaurav Khanna Lashes Out At Awez Darbar, Leaves Him In Tears

It has been less than 48 hours, and the Bigg Boss 19 house is already loaded with drama. The show premiered on August 23, 2025, on JioHotstar and has a star-studded contestant list like every year. However, the morning of August 26, 2025, brought a shocking new promo for Salman Khan's controversial reality show.

Gaurav Khanna leaves Awez Darbar in tears

In the promo, the ever-so-charming Gaurav Khanna can be seen lashing out at another contestant. The winner of Celebrity MasterChef gets into an argument with Awez Darbar in an upcoming episode. The promo starts with Bigg Boss announcing the first nomination task of the brand new season. It then shows how Awez nominated Gaurav Khanna, citing that he does not understand Anupamaa fame actor's duty in the house.

Gaurav Khanna is left disappointed by the nomination, and then he confronts Awez Darbar. However, it turns into a heated confrontation, with Gaurav slamming Awez, angrily questioning him if his involvement in the game was less than Natalia's. For the unversed, Natalia Janoszek is a Polish actress who is also participating in the show.

Awez Darbar tried to clarify his stance. However, Gaurav Khanna ignores him and instead asks if he took Natalia's name over his because he didn't understand his duties. Gaurav asserted that it was all he wanted to know. The actor could be quoted as saying:

"You think Natalia ka involvement mere game mein involvement se zyada hai? Sirf itna bata. You took my name above hers just because you did not understand my duty."

Awez Darbar further could be heard sharing what he actually didn't like about Gaurav Khanna. He mentioned that he dislikes it when someone tries to play games. However, Gaurav, without missing a moment, hits back and adds that Awez has proved that, according to the latter, the actor was playing sly. Later in the promo, we see Awez breaking down because of his confrontation with Gaurav Khanna. Gaurav was quoted as saying:

"Aapne andar jaake yeh prove kiya hai ke aapke nazar mein main sly khel raha hu."

Farhana Bhatt eliminated from Bigg Boss 19?

Bigg Boss 19 has been released with a new motto, 'Gharwaalon Ki Satta', and it has already become extremely chaotic. During the first episode, housemates were summoned to the assembly room and asked to name the contestant they considered unworthy of staying in the house. The process immediately sparked tension, with contestants carefully taking note of each other before casting their votes. Amaal Mallik, Basheer Ali, Kunickaa Sadanand, Gaurav Khanna, Nilesh More, and Mridul Tiwari nominated the same person. 

During the voting, Nehal Chudasama initially called out Neelam Giri, saying she needed to put in more effort. However, the majority of the housemates targeted Farhana Bhatt for having 'an attitude' according to Kunickaa, while Amaal Mallik added that she considered herself 'above all'. While the housemates thought that Farhana Bhatt was eliminated, Bigg Boss shifted her to the secret room.
