It would be an understatement not to call the MD and Co-founder of BharatPe, Ashneer Grover, the perfect combination of ice and fire. He is undoubtedly one of the most fearsome judges on the hit-business reality show, Shark Tank India. Ashneer has become a social media sensation for his unfiltered opinions on the business reality show. From yelling at the contestants for their startup ideas to mocking them for their business plan, Ashneer never skips a chance to surface harsh realities in front of the entrepreneurs on the show.
Ashneer Grover had co-founded BharatPe in 2018 and has invested in many other small startups. While Ashneer is definitely a shark when it comes to investors in the country, his wife, Madhuri Jain Grover's role in his success can never be neglected. For the unversed, Ashneer Grover had got married to an entrepreneur, Madhuri Jain, on July 4, 2006, whom he had met 15 years ago at Career Launcher. The couple is blessed with two kids, a son named Avy and a daughter named Mannat.

In a conversation with popular comedians, Rohan Joshi and Sahil Shah on YouTube, Ashneer Grover opened up about a lot of things about his personal and professional life. However, what caught everyone's attention was when he opened up about the trolling he had faced a few weeks back. For the unversed, Ahsneer's wife, Madhuri Jain Grover, was spotted wearing the clothes of an entrepreneur, who Ashneer rejected on the show, Shark Tank India. The netizens were quick to remind him of his statement, "Mere ghar mein koi nahi pehnega", and badly trolled him for his rube judgement. The doting husband addressed the same and said:
"So I told her that I would make a mop out of it, because it was so bad. So many of the entrepeneurs leave behind clothes for the sharks to try, and she left one for my wife—and I don't know what my wife liked, she wore it to The Kapil Sharma Show, and a behind-the-scenes photo went viral, and the girl said that I had attacked her designs, but my wife was wearing them. Clearly my wife has a mind of her own, and she doesn't listen to me."
For the unversed, the entrepreneur, who Ashneer Grover criticised, was Niti Singhal, who had appeared on the business reality show, Shark Tank India and is the founder of Tweeinone. Niti's brand deals with reversible and convertible clothing. However, her outfits and the business module was criticised by Ashneer the most. From suggesting Niti shut down her business to calling it 'ganda fashion', Ashneer had shown his utmost disinterest in the brand. Soon the video shared by the Sony TV had gone viral on the internet, and Ashneer was getting trolled for his rude remarks.

Once in a conversation with Her Story in 2019, Madhuri Jain Grover had talked about how difficult it would get to work with your spouse at times as they had started discussing their work at home, which would lead to conflicts. However, later, Madhuri and Ashneer had decided not to bring the office stress home, making it easy to work together. She had mentioned:
"When I joined Ashneer, there were a lot of challenges at the office which needed attention and resolution. We used to discuss work at home. And that many times led to conflicts which would have remained had I not spoken about them. I remember instances when I thought of reconsidering. But the mantra is to have a clear line of demarcation and not bring work to home at all. The time is crucial as the venture is in the growth phase. Ashneer's schedules are erratic, and I feel that it is I who has to step up and take charge, and I have a lot of support of my in laws, which helps a lot."
