For the unversed, the movie also features Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh. During the interaction, Arjun was asked a question, drawing a parallel between his reel and real life. Arjun was given the reference that in his next film, there will be his ex-wife and current wife, and he was asked, if he has considered anything about getting married in real life.

Replying to the question of the interviewer, Arjun Kapoor shared that whenever he will get married, he will inform everyone. He also seemed irritated, but he replied with a mild smile that he had joined the event to talk about the film and celebrate it. Arjun concluded by saying that everyone knows the kind of person he is, and when the time will be right he will talk about his plans. Arjun can be quoted as saying:

"Let's celebrate Mere Husband Ki Biwi, phir jab meri biwi ka waqt aayega, hum baat kar lenge uske baare mein."

It was on October 28, 2024, when Arjun Kapoor was spotted at a Diwali celebration event. While being there, several of the actor's fans asked him how was Malaika. Replying to the same, Arjun confirmed that he was single. Arjun said, "Nahi, abhi single hoon, relax." Malaika, on the other hand, never really talked about her and Arjun's breakup but she seemingly ended up taking a dig at the actor's 'I'm single' comment. When she was asked about the same, in an interview with ETimes, Malaika said that she would never choose a public platform to talk about her personal life, and thus, whatever Arjun has spoken, it was his prerogative.
