Udit Narayan found himself under the wrath of the netizens after a video of him kissing several female fans during a live performance went viral. According to videos circulating on social media, Udit Narayan was performing, Tip Tip Barsa Paani when numerous female fans gathered near the stage to take selfies with him. However, the singer in return kissed them on the lips. Now, singer, Amit Tandon has reacted to the controversy and he is not a fan of the father-son duo.
Amit Tandon is a well known singer in the film industry. While he had maintained silence on the incident involving Udit Narayan and his female fans, the singer now decided to speak up against the occurrence. During a conversation with Filmymantra, Amit got candid about his stance on the father-son, Udit and Aditya.
Amit Tandon revealed that he loved Udit Narayan's singing but he has to admit that he is a 'horny old man'. He added that he took advantage of the fans who tried to make a slight move. He acknowledged that fans at times do that, but it depends on the singer as to how much they would let them. He stated:
"I love his singing but I just have to say he's a horny old man. I don't know. Is that okay to say that? I mean, wohi hai, kisi ne line maari aur unhone line puri khich di. That's all it is. Fans do this with you. I also have shows where people try to get close, but it depends on you how much you allow them. This thing needed to be limited."
In the same conversation, Amit Tandon revealed that if he were a man present at the concert and something similar would have happened to his girlfriend or wife, he would have beaten Udit Narayan up. He added that he has a lot of respect for the singer, but it is essential to know one's limits. He was quoted as saying:
"If I were a guy and my girlfriend or wife tried to take a photo on stage and something like that happened, I would have beaten him a lot. But I respect him a lot as a singer, and I’m sure the atmosphere at that time was something like that. Still, it’s very important for us to set some limits for ourselves. Ek dayra rakhe."
In the same conversation, Amit Tandon also commented on the nature of Udit Narayan's son, Aditya. For the unversed, Aditya is also a singer, who made headlines for his outburst during a concert, which included throwing the mic. Amit revealed that, although he doesn't know Aditya personally, from what he has seen, he has a very spoiled attitude. He stated:

"I have no qualms in saying that it was unprofessional and a reflection of a spoilt attitude. Of course, I don’t know him personally, and he might just be a good person. But from the visuals that are doing the rounds, I think it is a very 'bigda hua' attitude."
