Bollywood is renowned for its extravagant and grandiose celebrations of auspicious festivals. One such B-Town family that has welcomed Bappa for years now is the Kapoor family. This year, the Kapoor bahu, Alia Bhatt, offered her fans an intimate peek into her festivities. Fans were gushing particularly over a picture she shared with her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor. The two were seen sharing a warm embrace and fans were in awe over the saas-bahu jodi.

One of the most touching moments from the carousel that Alia shared on her instagram came in a photo with Neetu Kapoor, standing hand in hand in front of their beautifully decorated Ganesh mandir. The two were seen were seen giving each other a side hug. The silver shrine was decorated with strands of marigolds, orchids, chrysanthemums, banana leaves, and delicate fairy lights. Traditional treats, such as modaks and halwa, were offered before the idol. Alia wore a green and aqua-coloured suit, while Neetu looked elegant in a white suit accented with golden borders. Both looked radiant and posed with genuine warmth and affection.

Alia has always delighted her followers by sharing personal moments from her life with them. In her recent Ganesh Chaturthi Instagram post, she gave fans glimpses of her celebration with the caption, 'Love, blessings and modaks'. The festive carousel quickly garnered over 600,000 likes and thousands of comments, filled with admiration and festive cheer from her fans.

For one of her looks, Alia dazzled in a pink saree by Masaba Gupta, adorned with delicate golden embroidery. She accessorised the gorgeous saree with golden jhumkas, bangles, and a striking green bindi, while her soft glam makeup, created by Puneet B Saini, complemented the ensemble perfectly. Her hair, styled by Amit Thakur, was neatly tied in a bun, and her jewellery was elegantly curated from Malabar Gold & Diamonds.

In another stunning look, Alia sported a white linen suit embellished with green motifs, paired with oversized earrings that added a touch of drama and sophistication. She posted a mirror selfie wearing this gorgeous ensemble, bringing her classic glam to the festival moments. In another one of the pictures, she even shared a look at her modak, providing a more candid and sweet glimpse at her celebrations.
