Between the crash, fire and debris, it has been difficult for families to identify their loved ones and for the rescuers to make it possible. Unfortunately, for Syed Nafisa Bano's family, recognition didn't come from a face but from a small gold pendant. The jewellery piece was a gift from Nafisa's husband, and she wore the same one at the time of the crash. What was meant as a symbol of love became her only identification after the crash.
