It was on The Bachelorette that Jordan Rodgers revealed to the show's star, JoJo Fletcher, that his middle brother, Aaron, had distanced himself from the family. The Rodgers family consists of Ed and Darla, and their three sons, Luke, Aaron, and Jordan. In the same season of The Bachelorette, JoJo met Jordan's whole family except for Aaron. In the show, they talked more about their complicated family relationship and had also kept two chairs empty at the table for Aaron and his then-girlfriend, Olivia Munn. 

The NFL player's girlfriend at the time also spoke about the infamous Rodgers family drama and said she had encouraged Aaron to speak to his family. The brothers had started speaking a bit at the time, but things took a drastic turn again. Jordan Rodgers started posting passive-aggressive notes on social media against Aaron. The Steelers quarterback kept his silence for the most part. However, in his documentary, Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, he claimed that his family had never invited him to the dinner shown on The Bachelorette. He had said:

“I was quiet about it because I thought the best way to do it was don’t talk about it publicly. And what did they do? They go on a bulls*** show and leave two empty chairs. They all agreed, like, this was a good thing to do, to leave two empty chairs at a stupid dating show...But like, a dinner that was during the NFL season, that I was never asked to go to, not that I would’ve gone.”

Though there were periods when the family tried to reconcile, their efforts fell flat again and again. A source close to People revealed that the Rodgers family feud stemmed from a years-long sibling rivalry. Once, the brothers had an intense fight among themselves, but their parents intervened and allegedly chose sides, as per the insider source. Aaron's father, Ed, also once made a dig at him, saying that fame changed people. In his documentary, Aaron opened up about the estrangement and shared that he had to 'reparent' himself. The NFL player said:

“At times when you have some dysfunction or some separation in your family life, you have to kind of reparent yourself and give yourself what you didn’t get or wanted to hear more of when you were a kid, and I think for me, I just wanted to hear, ‘I’m proud of you,’."

Aaron Rodgers' wife, Brittani and whether his family have met her?

Aaron Rodgers dropped a bomb in June 2025 when he announced that he had been married for a couple of months. "I get being secretive, but come on. At this point, it feels like he’s deliberately keeping her secret from even the people who love him the most. All anyone wants is for Aaron to be happy, so if he’s happy with her, we’d love to meet her.”
