The 59-second video explores how Vikrant and Shanaya's characters will fall in love, all while exploring if love is blind.

The musical romance navigates through the romance of two visually impaired individuals as they try to explore the charm of first love in modern society. The teaser hints at several fleeting moments and the ache of separation in a press note. It further shares how a spontaneous meeting between two strangers turns into something more. Despite not revealing much, both characters are seen wearing blindfolds at different times. It ends with Vikrant asking Shanaya if it's safe to say that love is blind, given her situation.

Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan's teaser was soon shared on the discussion platform, Reddit, and users soon started to chime in with their opinions. A user penned, "They haven’t shown any dialogues, any emotional scene, any part where she needed to show any expression in the trailer. I don’t want to write her off before she even debuts, so I won't say anything. But I am apprehensive she could barely speak Hindi in fabulous lives." Another penned, "I liked it; it seems like a decent ott watch." A comment read, "Pretty smart of them not to show any dialogue-heavy scenes."

Shanaya Kapoor's family will also showered her with love on their Instagram handle. Her father, Sanjay Kapoor, commented, "Jai Mata Di." Maheep Kapoor penned, "Love Love Love." However, that is not all for the young actress, she will also star in Mohanlal-starrer Vrushabha. The film will be released in October 2025.
